Characteristics of the Racemade Air Suit
Our Racemade Air suits incorporate the advanced Helite electronic airbag, which is easily accessible, removable, and interchangeable. To maximize safety, Racemade adds extra gussets around the shoulders and waist, ensuring the airbag can fully deploy with the largest inflation volume available in motorcycle suits.
HELITE Technology
The airbag is triggered by precise electronic sensors located inside the unit. Both the control unit and CO₂ cartridge are stored inside the aerodynamic hump. After deployment, simply replace the CO₂ cartridge in 2 minutes — no reconditioning needed. Anyone can do it quickly and safely.

Important Notes
Electronic trigger airbags have certain limits, ours do not deploy at speeds below 20 km/h, must be activated before use, do not deploy if GPS signals are absent ( Depends on the length of the tunnel ), if the battery is low (2 days of use), Some very soft low-sides may not be detected (so far, all real low-sides have been covered).
